How many rooms at the B&B?
There are 4 rooms. Each room is lockable, has its own ensuite and is privately accessible from the garden. Luggage and bags can be brought directly from the carparking area into the rooms. No stairs. We do our best to honour requests, the king room must be booked as it is the only king room, as are the twin beds. If you would like a specific room it is always best to contact us directly.
Can I request an extra bed?
Yes, an extra bed is available, one per room at the price of $69 including breakfast.
Are all the rooms the same?
Yes in design layout and size, but not in decor. The garden view is different in each room and the furnishings have a different theme.
Do you offer dinner?
Yes, we have an extensive fresh menu that changes with the seasons and availability of produce. Please contact us for the menu. Ideally we ask that you give us 24 hours if you intend having dinner at the B&B. That gives us time to shop and prepare, as everything is fresh. We also look after you if you have special requirements, let us know when you make your booking.
When is check-in and what is the procedure?
Usually we will be at home. If it’s possible we would appreciate approximate arrival times when you book. That way we can make sure that one of us is at the B&B to greet you! Check-in time is usually 2pm, and checkout 10am, however we remain flexible if these times change. Just ask us!
Do you accept 1 night bookings? What is your Cancellation Policy
Yes, we do, however during peak times and other specified times there may be a minimum 2 or 3 night stay policy applied. During normal non peak times before 48 hours of your arrival is sufficient notice. Otherwise 1 nights accommodation will be charged to your credit card. In the event of peak periods such as Christmas and New Year and other busy times we require at least 48 to 72 hours before your day of arrival. One nights accommodation will be charged in the event that you cancel your booking after this time frame.
How far are you to the nearest town?
We are exactly half way between Eumundi and Noosa approx 9km each side, it’s only 10 minutes drive either way.
Do you have gift certificates?
Yes, you are able to purchase a certificate. We have lovely vouchers available to post to you or email. They make a great gift for someone special who you know that just needs a getaway!
Is there a telephone, mobile phone coverage and internet?
A house telephone is available for local calls. We also have mobile coverage and stay in touch with wireless internet access available throughout the property.
Is Noosa Valley Manor non-smoking?
Yes. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. You may smoke in the garden, however we ask that you be careful to extinguish your butts fully and ensure you do not smoke near any of the rooms or eating areas. Please be aware that an additional cleaning/airing charge will be applicable if you smoke in the rooms or on the verandahs. Thank you.
Do you hold functions?
Yes, we are able to cater for small and large functions up to 60 people. Our B&B is ideal for intimate weddings and reunions, honeymoon parties and other celebrations. Please talk to us about your ideas and we can work together to create some magic!
Do you cater for small children?
Unfortunately not, Noosa Valley Manor is a tranquil couples retreat and is therefore not suitable for small children. We make exceptions for family functions providing all rooms are booked.
Can we bring our pets?
Unfortunately not, as we are a tranquil retreat in nature we have over 40 species of birds and other visiting wildlife such as koalas, kangaroos and wallabies. Service animals are welcome at all times.
