Noosa Valley Manor in Doonan is our Noosa Bed and Breakfast boasting an eclectic blend of art, stylish home comforts, exotic tasteful furnishings and featuring 4 king ensuites uniquely designed by the owners Renate & Roberto Luca. They are all complete with screened french doors opening onto private tiled and furnished patios that sprawl onto the beautiful green lawn, the exotic garden and fabulous newly renovated pool and terrace. This beautiful homestead is purpose built for guests to enjoy a private homely experience with unbelievably delicious nourishing food and exceptionally good old fashioned, kind and respectful service.
Breakfast
A highlight of your visit to The Manor is the breakfast. Gorgeous fresh produce, created by Roberto, a passionate, generous cook. We serve an abundance of fresh local fruit, bread, eggs, tomatoes and milk are delivered straight from our farmer friends in the local area. We provide a generous abundant collection of teas and coffees and have speciality drinks on request.
Gardens
The gardens at The Manor are exquisite, carefully and considerately manicured and cared for. Find yourself wandering in the lush tropical forest past rare plants, archways of exotic vines and trickling water features. Enjoy fragrances from flowering pots, freshly picked herbs and the sway of palm trees in the gentle Hinterland breeze. The gardens provide an evocative experience in paradise on the Sunshine Coast, Australia.
The space to enjoy and relax…our facilities
We have a large relaxed lounge room complete with doublesided wood fire place and open plan dining room to seat 12 guests. There’s a large screen for catching a movie or the news, a library, board games and complimentary port & sherry. Wander out to our undercover terrace, where you’re surrounded by lush plants and green lawn around a fabulous travertine Italian style pool. We serve breakfast on the terrace where you can help yourself to a complimentary tea and coffee bar complete with a fridge freezer for storing other drinks. Enjoy the gorgeous gardens, art studio for painting classes and firepits nestled amonst the trees.
Our rooms
We have four uniquely decorated ensuites with great big king size beds adorned with quality linen. Each room is private with lockable doors, a bathroom with rain water shower, toilet, basin and organic Akin amenities, robes, pool towels, airconditioning, fans and blockout curtains. There is unlimited complimentary wifi for your convenience. Rollaway bed and breakfast for third person is $120. Must request on booking. Beds may be split to twins for a $100 surcharge, again please request or add on in your booking.

At The Manor Roberto prepares the best breakfast with ingredients that are local and fresh, herbs from our garden and eggs from our friends the “Sunshine Sisters”. Many of our guests say it’s the best breakfast they have ever had! Our alfresco terrace is the most enchanting spot to enjoy breakfast, have a cup of chai, a great coffee, fresh fruit and a cooked meal. Our reviews say a lot, but best experience it for yourself.

Our Beautiful Gardens
With the wild and gorgeous landscape of New Zealand and the soul of Stromboli ingrained in his DNA, Roberto’s landscaping talents are evident throughout the property. Combine that with Renate’s artistic flair and upbringing in tribal tropical Papua New Guinea and therein lies the answer as to why this property is so enchanting and unique.
The gardens at Noosa Valley Manor have been created for everyone to enjoy. A gathering in the rainforest piazza, a morning tea under the trees in the breeze, a snooze under a brolly by the pool or a stroll along the trickling ponds and creek complete with waterfall. Of course if it rains all this can still be enjoyed under the shelter of the terrace.
Herbs are plucked straight from the garden for breakfast and the eggs come from the gourmet chooks that squabble for worms down in the forest.
