Some things you might like to know about Noosa Valley Manor
How many rooms at the B&B?
There are 4 rooms. Each room is lockable, has it’s own private ensuite and is privately accessible from the garden. Luggage and bags can be brought directly from the car parking area into the rooms. We have a 5th room in the private wing of the Manor available on request for special occasions. Rollaway beds are available on request for extra adults and children for $40 each. Our king rooms can be made up into twin rooms for a $40 flat fee. Must be requested at time of booking.
Are all the rooms the same?
Yes in design layout and size, but not in decor. The garden view is different in each room and the furnishings have a different theme. Concetta King Suite has a completely renovated bathroom.
Can I request an extra bed?
Yes, an extra bed is available, one per room at the price of $69 including breakfast.
When is check-in and what is the procedure?
Usually we will be at home. If it’s possible we would appreciate approximate arrival times when you book. That way we can make sure that one of us is at the B&B to greet you! Check-in time is usually 2pm, and checkout 10am, however we remain flexible if these times change. Just ask us!
Do you have gift certificates?
Yes, you are able to purchase a certificate. We have lovely vouchers available to post to you or email. Please get in touch with us for the details.
Is there a telephone, mobile phone coverage and internet?
A house telephone is available for some calls. We also have excellent mobile coverage and stay in touch with secure high speed wireless internet access available throughout the property.
Do you accept 1 night bookings? What is your Cancellation Policy?
Yes, we do accept one night bookings in fact we are one of only a few in the Sunshine Coast. During peak times and other specified times there may be a minimum 2 or 3 night stay policy applied. In the event that you have to cancel your booking during normal non peak times before 48 hours of your arrival is sufficient notice. Otherwise 1 nights accommodation will be charged to your credit card. In the event of peak periods such as Christmas and New Year and other busy times we require at least 72 hours notice before your day of arrival. During peak times if we are unable to book the room you will be charged the full amount of your booking. One nights accommodation or the full amount in busy times will be charged in the event that you cancel your booking after this time frame. By making a booking with us you agree to these cancellation terms. (SEE T&C’s)
How far are you to the nearest town?
We are exactly half way between Eumundi and Noosa approx 9km each side, it’s only 10 minutes drive either way. We have a petrol station with light grocery items, a great coffee roaster, a fruit shop and cafe close by in the Doonan area.
Is Noosa Valley Manor non-smoking?
Yes. Smoking is not permitted inside the house or rooms. You may smoke in the designated areas in the garden, however we ask that you be careful to extinguish your butts fully and ensure you do not smoke near any of the rooms or eating areas. Please be aware that an additional cleaning/airing charge will be applicable if you smoke in the rooms or on the verandahs. Thank you.
Do you cater for small children?
As we are not a fully fenced property and we have unfenced water features we do not encourage small children to stay although of course we make exceptions for family functions providing all rooms in the B&B are booked.
Can we bring our pets?
We are a pet friendly property as we have our own cavoodle Rupert and a few clucky chickens. We have one room available when you book the Pampered Pet Package. Service animals are welcome at all times.
